Arrive prepared
Participants identify the perspective they bring, choose where they can contribute and arrive ready to work.
About the Forum
Schools, universities, employers, government and students working together to shape the future of learning—and turn shared understanding into action.
3–5 March 2027 · Bratislava, Slovakia
The central question
This is not a conference built around people speaking at an audience.
It is a working Forum built around people learning, questioning and creating together. Participants do not simply attend. They contribute their experience, examine assumptions, learn across sectors and help build what comes next.
The future of learning cannot be designed by education alone. It requires the people shaping schools, higher education, work, public systems—and the students living that future.
How the Forum works
The Forum is designed as a connected process: preparation, inquiry, synthesis, collective direction and follow-through.
Participants identify the perspective they bring, choose where they can contribute and arrive ready to work.
Facilitated Working Forums bring sectors together around shared questions—not panels, pitches or passive presentations.
The Commons is the Forum’s live synthesis feed, connecting insights, tensions and emerging possibilities across every room.
Adult and student contributions shape the Bratislava Declaration live as understanding and commitments develop.
Partnerships, institutional commitments and year-round follow-up turn a Forum in Bratislava into action beyond it.
One connected experience
Facilitated, cross-sector working sessions built around inquiry, collective learning and practical contribution.
A Model United Nations–structured student forum contributing prepared student voice directly to the Declaration.
The Forum’s live synthesis feed—a feed, not a room—making shared learning visible as it emerges.
A shared direction built live by the people positioned to carry it into institutions and communities.
Relationships, projects and commitments designed to continue between Forum gatherings.
Different perspectives
Each sector sees a different part of the learning system. The Forum creates the conditions for those perspectives to meet, challenge and strengthen one another.
Student voice is not a fifth sector. It moves through the entire Forum and contributes directly to its shared direction.
Beyond an event
The Bratislava Future of Learning Forum does not end when people leave the city. The Declaration, the relationships behind it and the commitments made through the Forum create a foundation for continued learning and action.
Participants return to their institutions with stronger questions, new partners and concrete work to carry forward.
