The Bratislava Declaration should not become a list of aspirations waiting for someone else to translate. Delivery partners help frame commitments with ownership, mechanisms and public value already in view.
This does not mean promising funding or forcing every idea into an existing programme. It means making the pathway visible enough that the right institutions can recognise where they may be able to help.
